Exertis Supplies Prize Draw Promotion – Terms & Conditions

2. Promotion Overview
This promotion is open to businesses in the United Kingdom who are customers of Exertis Supplies (excluding Northern Ireland).
Promotion Period: August 18th to October 31st 2025.
The prize is 2 nights at the Newt in Somerset Hotel, Bed and breakfast, Spa access, F&B allowance. To be used within the first two weeks March 2026.
3. Eligibility & Entry Rules
Entrants must be over 18 years of age and reside in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
To enter, customers who purchase any Epson EcoTank Printer from Exertis Supplies during the promotional period, will be entered into the free prize draw.
Only purchases invoiced during the promotional period will count. Back-ordered items invoiced after the period are excluded.
No additional payment is required to participate.
4. Prize Draw Details
Only one prize is available.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 5th November 2025.
One winner will be selected at random and notified within 48hrs of the draw taking place.
Delivery of the prize will be made to the business owner’s address within 28 days of the draw.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Compliance & Transparency
Written consent from the business owner is required before awarding the prize to the winner.
The business receiving the prize is responsible for accounting for and covering applicable tax and National Insurance liabilities.
Acceptance of the prize confirms agreement to this responsibility.
Exertis UK Ltd T/A Exertis Supplies will provide and cover the cost of the prize (2 nights at the Newt in Somerset Hotel, Bed and breakfast, Spa access, F&B allowance).
The name and details of the recipient(s) will be recorded and reported in accordance with the Gifts & Hospitality reporting mechanism.
The scheme’s records will be subject to audit and review by the Legal & Compliance team.
Transparency rules require written consent from an authorised representative of the recipient organisation (not the prize recipient).
6. Data & Legal
By entering, participants accept the privacy policy and waive anonymity; winners may be announced on LinkedIn.
Exertis Supplies will not be responsible for loss or damage to the rewards due to factors beyond its control.
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Final Provisions
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time.
In case of disputes, the decision of the directors of Exertis Supplies is final.
