Floortex combines world class manufacturing with a corporate social policy to be environmentally responsible in their product design, manufacturing, material usage and operational activity. All Floortex Chair Mats, Desk Pads and Surface Protectors, that are made in the UK, are manufactured using 50% renewable energy from onsite wind turbine, solar farm and external sources. They are committed to understanding, monitoring and managing their social, environmental and economic impact and to reducing plastic waste.

Their new Ecotex® Chair Mat ranges take things to another level being produced using 100% renewable energy.

Floortex products are delivered in responsible packaging. They don’t use ‘single use’ plastic bags on their chair mat ranges, instead they are delivered in rolled, folded or flat formats that maximises transport fuel efficiencies for a reduced carbon footprint. In the UK and Europe, the packaging contains up to 90% recycled content.
