Inspired by the Yorkshire countryside they are located in, paper stationery manufacturer Sinclairs have an environmentally conscious mindset. Raw materials are used sparingly, machinery is maintained to the highest levels, packaging is streamlined, and local community projects are important to them. Sinclairs became an FSC® Certified chain of custody certificate holder in 2006, producing sustainable, high-quality paper for leading stationery brand Silvine.

Nature and community are at the heart of everything Sinclairs do which is why they are sponsors of the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust who help care for the Yorkshire Dales woodland restoration and the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust who help protect wildlife and wild places. They are also a partner with Otley 2030, where appropriate, to help them realise their goal of a carbon-zero, sustainable and fair town by 2023.
