Navigator & Discovery Paper Free prize draw T’s and C’s

Rules to enter:

• Every £50 order placed by the customer with Exertis Supplies on Navigator & Discovery papers (qualifying product codes below) will get one raffle entry given to the customer.
• The promotional period will be 1^st May 2024 to 31^st July 2024
• The promotion is open to any customer of Exertis Supplies within the United Kingdom (excluding NI)
• There are no payments or other criteria required to enter into this free prize draw, each order placed by the customer with Exertis Supplies will be counted.
• The draw to select the winning orders will be carried out on August 8th
• 3 winners will be drawn at random.
• Each order the customer places with Exertis Supplies will be given a number starting at 1 and finishing with the final number (if 10 orders are placed the orders will be given a number between 1 and 10, if 1000 orders are placed the orders will be given a number between 1 and 1000).
• The orders will be allocated their corresponding number by looking at the time and date the order was place (the first order on day one of the promotion will be given the number 1 and so on)
• Once the entry qualifications for the draw have been met, the award of the prize will be determined purely at random and will not depend on the value of orders or further business placed. 
• The winning orders will be chosen using an online number generator (random.org)
• After the prize draw held on 08/08/24 the customers will be informed of the prize which will be:

• In the event of any dispute over interpretation or implementation of the terms and conditions on any matter related to this promotion, the decision of the directors of Exertis Supplies is final. By entering this promotion all entrants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules. E&OE
• Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative available.
• We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the free draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Our decision regarding any aspect of the free draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
